In this audio recording, Srinivas Arka explains that because of our expectations and desires we are not able to understand the value of life, the significance of life and not able to see beauty, truth and love in life. We tend to become depressed because nothing is working in the way which we want.
So frustration begins to occupy our mind and we don’t see what is really there outside. A celebratory event may be unfolding but we’re not able to participate and enjoy because we are locked inside with our own specific failures which happened.
We see in our atmosphere different seasons, dark winters and heavy storms but nature has placed everything so well. We will overcome. But we need to develop patience and hope, meaningful hope, being positive and even trying to see something good in it. If we can develop that attitude, a constructive positive attitude, under any circumstances, there must be something meaningful and helpful here.
When we go with that positive tunefulness, we see the meaning emerging, constructive meaning, progressive meaning. Then we feel elated because there is something to look forward to. So we should not forget celebration. We are involved in calibration, always measuring how much we have earned, how much is coming in, but not spending enough time in celebration.
“Celebration makes us really appreciate and express gratitude for who we are, what we are, how far we have journeyed and how much we have gone through. Make your life journey exciting, educational, entertaining and enlightening.”
